Battery Type
We use a Lithium battery (400mAh, 3.7V) that is non-replaceable and non-removable. Our Smartlock charges using a Type-C port for power.

How many fingerprints can i register?
Our app stores up to 20 fingerprints.
Can I control my Door Lock remotely?
This is a Bluetooth Smart Door Knob, you can control it within Bluetooth Range. If you are out of the home or office, you will need to buy a gateway separately to remotely control the knob.
What is the pin used for?
While reinstalling the interior knob, please use the Pin into the hole to separate the Rosette from the Interior knob. (More details you can find in User Manual)
Are fingerprints hard to read?
Not as long as your hands are clean and dry. To ensure good set up, please ensure your fingers are at multiple positions and angles during fingerprint enrollment.
How does my Door Lock connect to the app?
Our device connects through bluetooth and all data is encrypted with bank-level AES128 bit and TSL encryption.
